Boston’s top chefs will be serving up traditional and innovative preparations of pozole, a classic dish from Mexico with a history that goes back centuries. Try everything from local seafood and hearty vegetarian pozoles to quintessential pork pozole. While the full lineup for Bowl of ‘Zole™ Boston 2026 is under wraps, previous years have also included more favorites like tacos and quesadillas, all from the region’s rising-star chefs and award-winning restaurants.
