Bowl of ‘Zole Pozole and Mezcal Festival is hitting the road to bring creative pozole and distinctive mezcal to Boston. The partners behind this event, Arik Torren of Fidencio Spirits; Chef Danny Mena , and Food Karma Projects’ founder Jimmy Carbone, wanted to bring pozole, the comforting Mexican stew, out of the shadows and into the forefront. They launched this event in Brooklyn 2020 to bring together chefs, mezcal producers and food lovers to celebrate all things authentic Mexico. Many experts from the world of mezcal and agave spirits will be on hand to share their knowledge on these delicious elixirs.
